Abstract
Panelists will share key insights about advancing research and leadership agendas that promote educational equity and enact social justice. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable dialogue with panelists to discuss ideas and needs for early career mentoring. This interactive session will catalyze the design of an early career mentoring initiative that lends early career, equity-oriented faculty in educational leadership, administration and/or organization valuable mentorship opportunities outside of their academic institutions.
