Carol A. Mullen, PhD, Professor of Educational Leadership at Virginia Tech (School of Education in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences) has been awarded a U.S. Fulbright Specialist Scholarship. Carol will be fulfilling her project objectives in Toronto, Canada in fall 2017 at The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT). Among its many accolades, Times Higher Education magazine named this institution the top university in Canada.
